In partnership with South Gloucestershire & Stroud College, Balloon Letting Co. is pleased to announce an opportunity has arisen to join our growing team as an apprentice lettings negotiator.
As the role is predominantly customer-facing, applicants need to be confident communicators, have patience and empathy, be comfortable working as part of the team and have good IT skills. GCSE Grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English are also essential.
Regular tasks will include conducting property viewings, negotiating the letting of properties between landlords and tenants, answering emails from applicants, answering office phones and managing the company calendar.
Alongside their day-to-day responsibilities, the candidate will also be exposed to all areas of the business and will gain an understanding of all other departments as well as how the property lettings market operates as a whole.
The successful candidate will be joining Bristol’s fastest-growing property lettings agency at an exciting time, with plenty of scope to learn and grow alongside the business.
A number of employment options will be available within the company once the year-long apprenticeship has been successfully completed.
