It’s ever expanding, as are the many well known, blue chip companies that are based here. With that in mind there have been a rising number of professionals relocating to Bristol to live and work over the past few years. We saw the opportunity to build relationships with some of the key relocation companies in the city and since then we’re proud to have assisted in numerous successful relocations for corporate clients. Ben built this network long before the inception of Balloon Letting Co, but has been working on it closely for years.
These partnerships along with a focus on offering the highest quality of advertising in Bristol has meant that we let our properties on average within three days of advertising.
We’re excited to be able to work with these companies and their network of high quality tenants, who are usually senior members of staff, as more often than not they won’t be looking on the open market. Our experiences with tenants who have relocated have been absolutely fantastic as has the feedback from our landlord clients.
We are in regular contact with relocation companies and when they have a ‘requirement’ for a certain type of property in Bristol they will come to us, often before going to the open market. Once a match is found between a tenant and a property we will then liaise with either the individual or the company directly to set up the tenancy.
This side of the business has been incredibly popular since launch and as we arrange more and more successful relocations. Couple that with a shift in how professionals view working practice post COVID-19 and we’re as busy as ever! Given how important it is for us to match the right tenant to the right property, we’re very excited to grow this arm of the business and it will be a huge focus for us moving forward.
